Move to Rösrath

On 01.08.2000, the company moved into its own commercial hall with office wing to Rösrath, Hans-Böckler-Str. 16, which is still the headquarters of Form Art GmbH today.

1999

Change of name

In 1999, the company was renamed Form Art GmbH, which was registered with the Cologne District Court with a share capital of € 50,000.

Company formation

On 01.07.1996 the company Form Art was founded as a sole proprietorship by the owner Andreas Wübben with headquarters in Cologne.
